Avoid this company at all costs - Customer Service Representative bei CXP group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Nice people, good team members, that is about all I can say.

Advert was misleading, terrible IT issues, being told that money would be withheld if IT not returned 4 days after handing in notice and asking how the IT would be returned. Do not know who you are working for CXP, Huntswood. Can never talk to HR department, Wages advertised at £10.25 per hour and then changed to £10 an hour at last minute. Holiday not paid and could not take before notice period. I can go on but this gives you a flavour of the company - avoid them!!!!

Not very difficult work and they pay the living wage. Managers are supportive and fair.

While working from home, if you have wifi or electricity problems you are not paid. Very short notice for rota and holidays. They also overcharge a lot if you damage the equipment they give you.
