It's intriguing, I met some amazing people that have become life long friends.

Very negative work environment, the owners force management to nit pick every little thing making the job very stressful, they force you to send out defective merchandise and then cause the customers to become irate and yell at you because their solution is to inconvenience the customer or take advantage of them by offering a bs 20% refund for those who can't afford the time frame, they say that management can't date employees but they don't enforce it so the girlfriends get to fight and bicker all day but the manager wants to cause friction and write you up for expressing any level of frustration with how they treat their customers, they don't value the people who go above and beyond for their customers because they don't really appear to care about their cash cows. They value their little possy so beware if your not into drama or being rude to co-workers or treating ppl like they don't belong, you won't fit in. Most importantly the company will tell you that your family and that they have your back but they leave all the important decisions to people who only have their own personal best interest at heart. Very little to no room for growth, no organization at all, and the list honestly goes on and on...

The hours were the only good thing about that job.

The management was horrible. They hire angry kids to run adult machines. My issue was with their sexist tendencies, if you’re a woman keep quiet it doesn’t matter what your education and knowledge is. Their maintenance man is a joke he fixes things to break again for job security and management is to afraid to realize they’re wasting money on him. I was hurt by the machines multiple times bc of his negligence. When I’d tell them how to fix it, nope he was always right.. yet it never got fixed. When I mentioned it to HR all of a sudden I was let go. His feelings got hurt so I got let go. If you’re not willing to brown nose and click up you aren’t going to last long. There’s no room for moving up. The jobs so simple kiddos will grow up there.
