-Unusual hiring practices which typically results in not hiring the best qualified applicants. Many employees do not speak English well or at all. Advancement and promotions are also handled in a similar fashion. -A difficult work environment with little support and too much politics between managers and individuals. A lack of technically skilled, long term senior employees has also contributed to the stagnant growth and downsizing of the company. Cultural management practices by the immigrant owner/managers also makes working here a challenge. -Pay increases are based on personal preference and generally lower than the cost of living (except for the privileged few). Health benefits are limited, expensive, and continue to shrink year after year
