I interviewed with CTD Tech and was selected, but the offer letter was promised only after joining. I joined trusting this assurance. For the first two weeks, I was not given any proper work or onboarding. On the salary date, I was suddenly terminated for being “not productive,” within just 29 days. No notice period was allowed, and the exit was immediate. PIPs are issued arbitrarily, and during a PIP only 50% salary is paid. Management and HR lack clear processes, so candidates should be cautious before joining.
