Some nice people work there, which doesn't matter because Management plays favorites.

High turnover. No attempt to document process beyond a bunch of handwritten/highlighted notes. There were multiple ways to make processes easier and more streamlined. They were ignored. I made "cheat sheets" of the terminology. Management told me to stop wasting time.
