- They assign you a project and then get out of the way. - They have your back when things ocassionally go wrong. - They promote work life balance - Ten percent of profits are given to charities of the employees choosing - They give bonuses when they are profitable

- There can be extended periods of "bench time" where they don't have a project for you - It is very hard to meet the terms of the travel and utilization bonus

At the start CSols was a great place to work. Remote opportunities and a good direction.

Over the last few years management has grown and their direction is at best questionable and at worst negligent. Little to no chance for advancement. Micromanagement. They are on a downward spiral that I can’t see them recovering from.
