Pros
I currently work at CSnotepad, and I'm happy in the job. At the moment we're not working in the office but working from home. They didn't put any pressure on people to return to the office, even when we were able/supposed to. I know that continuing to work from home has meant a lot to several people in the team because they are either in an at risk category themselves, or a member of their family is. The owners and managers are pretty laid back and understanding of the difficulties people are facing at the moment. It could have been a really stressful time, but they were so crazy organised, everything went smoothly getting us working from home. I was worried about job losses, but I think their forward planning and sheer organisation has helped them keep going and not struggle like lots of other businesses. Hope it continues as I'd like to progress within the company , and there does seem some opportunities if you show some dedication to your role.

It can get busy, but it all helps reach your monthly bonuses which aren't that difficult to reach in all honesty. It is a phone based job, so it can feel a bit demanding if you're having a bad day, but that's just the nature of the job.
