Flat hierarchy without many levels of org structure 7. Responsive R&D team in Germany for quick fixes 8. Nice spacious office without cramped cubicles 9. Small team and easy interaction with colleagues

1. Compensation can be more competitive 2. Very high (but comprehensive coverage) medical insurance costs compared to big companies 3. Very slow response to sponsoring permanent residency for international employees 4. Work from home policy can be more flexible 5. Fewer younger colleagues and hence can be challenging to socialize, but this is improving now.
