CSS Antenna provides an environment where you are given the ability to make decision quick and without fear. Though the engineering team is very small it works very close together and communication is very efficiently.

CSS Antenna challenges related to the amount of product the engineering and manufacturing team must support. Sometime it can be overwhelming in trying to make changes and follow good engineering processes

At one point offered overtime. Before they started loosing several major contracts. Potential for advancement, without pay increase. Speaking to other employees with vulgar language and disrespect is allowed and tolerated. No tolerance policy is a joke. Hire and fire based on person opinion.

Poor Management. Unruly employees. None existent HR department. Squeezes every penny out of their employees. 3% yearly raise for all employees. Lost major contracts due to inferior workmanship. Allow employees to break policy due to the lack of qualified workers. HR has a hands off policy for specific employees. Company will do whatever it takes to cover theirselves. Lack of safety. Health risks. No proper filtration system for the aluminum metals float in the air. Many allergies amongst employees. Alcoholic workers are known and allowed to work with alcohol at their stations. Budget cuts due to loss of business. Office staff non professional. Educated qualified workers are over worked and under paid. Some workers work 6-7 days a week in order to Make a decent pay. Inventory- materials are never in stock. Personal lives don't matter. Employees nicknamed CSS - certified soul suckers. Company is slowly going out of business. Many qualified employees have resigned in past year. Most wish they could. If you want to be over worked and under paid and treated less than this is the place for you!
