Hurts me to say this - really bad company to work for at the moment, no emphasis on proper company culture - Middle Manager bei CSR Limited: Mitarbeiterbewertung

New Leadership team apart from a VERY select few are appalling. I've been at the company for over 5 years and i'm really hating it - HR seem to be running the show more than ever. It's so obvious who the cliques are and if you're not in it - good luck with advancement and proper pay rises. the whole company seems to be in 'cost preservation' to make the the balance sheet look good but in reality theres lack of resourcing and real lack of employee benefits to make people want to stay CEO doesn't seem to care about the people aspect much - barely hear from them compared to our previous CEO.
