I have worked for CSL Plasma for the past 5 years resigning last week. The biggest pro for me is growth opportunity with this company. I started out as a phlebotomist and worked my way up to ACM. This company has amazing benefits and resources for your development.
Kontras
The biggest con that I experienced was favoritism as well as being bullied by my manager. When reaching out to upper management/HR in regards to these situations there is never enough proof only one word against another. That is ultimately why I left the company is because of my direct manager.
