Horrible work environment - Medical Screener bei CSL Plasma: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This facility is a revolving door. The lack of professionalism was a disgrace. Employees arguing with each other on the floor. If issues arise it was discussed in front of other employees not privately. No empathy at all. The level of disrespect and vulgar language left me in disbelief. The trainer seems as if he runs the facility his ego and how he speaks to Donors and other employees not to mention also management as he feels he’s above them as well. I see why so many people quit! They are also so disorganized and not enough staffing due to no one wanting to work there. If you like Drama then I guess it will good place. If I can give it a ZERO I would
