Management blames all mishaps on lower employees. Rather than take the blame, they will put it on others. When their excesses show up by way of lost revenue, they go ahead and blame lower employees and lay them off. The real problem is management and they are the ones that need to be let go. I doubt this company will still be in existence in 2years. I bet all the remaining employees are already leaving them.
