      el ambiente, la gente en Colombia de CSG era la que me motivava todos los dias en el poder ayudarlos. creo que es lo que mas extraño de ello

      demaciada burocracia, no hay organizacion, las prioridades para la compañia son otras y dejaron a un lado la experiencia de los empleados. En lo personal considero que Latam para ellos no es importante. Adicionalmente el poco crecimiento. que demotivante encuentras si tu propio manager dice que duro 8 años en obtener una promocion?

      In my business unit and I'm surrounded by smart, dedicated driven people which have created a pretty great culture.

      The company is being bought so there a lot of uncertainty. And there are a lot of things frozen because of that so it's a little frustrating right now.
