Governance is all over the place and communication is terrible. If you value your sanity, career, or work-life balance, stay far away. The long hours and constant pressure will wreck you for life. Once they’ve drained you, they’ll just replace you and do it to the next person. Csc you know full well that the whole 75unitd per day is fake. Turnover is scary high, and honestly the whole Capital Markets side needs a proper investigation. The way it runs feels like a dodgy shell company that puts shady practices over people.
