None, for your mental health sake even if you are desperate for a job do not work for this company, especially CSC CAPITAL MARKETS UK LIMITEDdepartments. This company needs to be reported for all its wrongdoing.

This place should not be allowed to operate in the UK. It’s human slavery and exploitation, plain and simple, and they run it all in the shadows. No training, no support, they throw new grads straight into insane workloads and bleed you dry for profit. Turnover is through the roof and nobody in management cares, because it’s all about the money. Feels like a dodgy shell company doing whatever it wants. Management is a mess, hostile, reactive, completely disorganised and a click bait. No clear direction, no care for well-being, no real accountability. Governance is all over the place and communication is terrible. If you value your sanity, career, or work-life balance, stay far away. The long hours and constant pressure will wreck you for life. Once they’ve drained you, they’ll just replace you and do it to the next person. Csc you know full well that the whole 75unitd per day is fake. Turnover is scary high, and honestly the whole Capital Markets side needs a proper investigation. The way it runs feels like a dodgy shell company that puts shady practices over people.

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
