It's a paycheck. Some good technical people, but they end being overworked, due to their knowledge and experience.

Employees are pigeon-holed. No incentive to go above and beyond. Very little training, except on your own time, mostly your own nickel. Company is optimized at the lowest level, which means, a decision that will save the company a million, but cost my group a thousand, I've got no incentive Currently, management is selling the company assets off, just to make quarterly results. It will work for a year, then the whole thing will collapse.
