Good team of people at the bottom level. Flexible hours.

Poor management, too much disconnection, not enough communication, bad HR department, unable to get tools required to do job, cut people just to improve numbers. Higher ups appear to have poor ethics. Poor hiring process. Poor budgeting. Cut too many benefits over the past couple years, that leaves a bad taste in mouth.
