L6 L7's are trying to do their best and typically work well together; however the lack of company direction and offerings strains relationships among teams.

Lawrie and his direct reports have absolutely no compassion for employees and any loyalty that employees held for CSC have been smashed to oblivion by the constant RIF's, loss in medical benefits, restructured 401k funding to an annual basis (and loss of employee contributions if axed prior to funding date), forced vacations, pitiful to nonexistent pay raises; Lawrie and team are concerned about the bottom line only. Avoid this company like the plague.
