Constantly shifting jobs (F&A) to India, refused to replace natural attrition, and implemented company-wide systems and process changes without fully understanding the current systems and processes, or properly training the folks who would have to operate under the new regime. They do not invest in new products, but attempt to drive the stock price via cost cutting and financial engineering.
