You honestly don't ever really need to speak to anyone to complete your daily assignments. Most people put head phones in and listen to music all day, never saying a word. Sitting at long bland tables gives the feel of a telemarketing call center. Soul crushing. Culture of fear when it comes to quality. Your entire performance is based on errors and, if you make one, your publicly shamed and made to feel awful. Absolutely no room for growth. Must give years of your life to even hope for advancement regardless of performance
