Great colleagues and social events. Salery and benefits was good.

The work load was big enough and was made bigger by the management without a care for you capacity. If mentioned your workload they would pretend to be ok and will forget your concern or will see you as a problem. Another issue was that the management that they would give you assurances that you are doing well and praise for good performances and then pull the rug from under you and tell you in the two weeks leading to the end of your probation tell you that the are extending your probation for a short time. How can you trust a manager after this? There was a bit of a cliquey culture and certain groups have formed. I also felt left out of groups. The environment here can be toxic and very unwelcoming at times. Where some colleagues would throw you under the bus to save themselves.

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
