High pay, great benefits, flexible work locations

Kontras

Management hierarchy of programmers experience, expertise, incites, and suggestions worthless. Because all Management are developers they use their position to stomp on programmers for making suggestions or pointing out flaws. This leaves programmers completely unable to do their job and afraid to point out issues or suggest solutions.

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
