Micromanagement to the point you feel like you have no right leave your desks to stretch. Managers and seniors become complacent not afraid to bully weaklings, expected to tolerate even if it cross boundaries. Can’t challenge them or they’ll exercise power quiet arrogant in my opinion. Crazy workload. Won’t be recognised if you’re not well liked by managers. I cried many times here
