Pros
Ah. They. Are. It looks good on your resume and nothing else.
Kontras
Lots. It's stepping into a third-world country from the metal detectors to the access to water constantly breaking down and not being inside the work areas to the never-ending toxic stress they try to instill. They make the refurb parts they buy your problem, and it ends up affecting YOUR paycheck. It's a real charming place. Most of the people have been shipped in from other countries as well and are under sponsorship/visas. CSAT likes having complete control over a worker's life and it's quite draining. If possible, look elsewhere. Oh right, mass firings too whenever they feel like it and will write you up randomly to freeze your pay. Also, I work in L3/Failure Analysis/Engineering. Can't say which or they'll have an easier time find out who wrote this.
