From the very start, CSAT Solutions lies to its employees. Bonuses and opportunities for raises were greatly diminished or completely wiped away. Management doesn't care to sufficiently train employees and demands extremely high output early on for such a low wage. They constantly request staying late with no overtime pay and there is zero open door policy with the supervisors. You sit down, shut up, and do your work, which I suppose works for the myriad of Vietnamese employees the company is exploiting for cheap labor.
CSAT is a sweatshop on US soil. There is two available bathrooms for the hundreds of employees. Next to no COVID regulation. And whenever an employee killed themself, they didn't even have a meeting to address it with the other employees that worked close to him.
This job seems like a great opportunity at first, but for $12/hr sacrificing your body and self-respect for a position that will never get better is not worth it.
