There are more specific pros, but these are the most important and factor into everything else. I KNOW that the health, safety, personal happiness and job satisfaction of myself and my colleagues is important to the CEO & leadership team, despite being in a challenging industry with very tough competition.

Nothing is perfect, and there are areas where the company is still catching up to others of its size, and stressful during the busier seasons. It's also a tough industry because our service is not a high priority for most clients and that is also challenging for morale but not unique to this company.
