The other dispatchers are friendly and easy to get along with. The managers and supervisors are very helpful and actually care about your growth. The hours are flexible especially since I am currently going to school and have a family. I was a bit nervous at first but got lots of training and the trainers are patient. Though the job is serious we also have fun events like holiday parties or appreciation days.
