Pros
The founders and partners of the company have a lot of Recruiting experience and they care about the quality of the candidates they send to clients. They do their best to teach others as quickly as possible. I learned a lot about different recruiting methods and what is effective and what is not.
Kontras
Not many, but the pace is non-stop, and the hours can be long. The partners bring in a lot of clients and a lot of searches, so there's constant pressure on the recruiters to produce new candidates daily, and the projects I worked on could change daily. If you don't mind a fast-paced, sales type of environment, you'll be fine. However, if you want something predictable and at a slow-pace, it's not the right environment.
