I’ve worked at CMap for over 3 years and have had an excellent experience across the board. - Very friendly people - everyone is happy to help out across departments - Lots of support - lots of time and money has been invested in my development, I have weekly meetings where I can ask for support for skills etc and always encouraged to learn and grow - Flexibility - there’s lots of trust in the team & from management and I enjoy the flexibility of my role, the ability to WFH etc - Great people team - we have a people forum made up of staff who go above and beyond to put on great events for us and the whole environment feels really close knit and special

Really can’t think of any. CMap is a very ambitious and fast growth company so there’s a lot of pressure to perform - however this has never been translated as stress for me, we have clear objectives, targets and development plans, and upper management definitely take the burden of any stress! All points to a long and successful future.
