Pros
One gets to learn a lot in the company. That too in a very short time. People usually join CMS to gain experience and move ahead in the industry for higher pay and better position.
Kontras
Pay in general is low and appraisals are usually delayed by 6 months. Management is not very employee friendly. They suck the daylight out of people who are hard working and stretch them beyond capacity.
