It feels like working in a garbage dump CEO intervenes in stupid things instead of working on company goals there are people who are working since their birth at this place and only they are allowed to speak. no newcomer can speak up and put his/her opinion on the table It is extremely nuisance working with such people they don't follow SOP and work according to their convenience if you want to grow in your career and if you're an opinionated person, please don't join this company they will ruin your career and health both by putting physical and mental torture.
