Pros
Positive, professional environment; lots of perks (free heated underground parking, two gyms, exercise classes, cafeteria), good benefits package. Active staff association and involved management. Directors and managers (in my department anyway) are accessible and responsive.
Kontras
Not a lot of upward career movement - it's improved in the last 5 years, but still not brilliant. Change is slow. Again, it's improvement, but there's a way to go.
