Runs through many CEO's leading to constant lay offs. The employee learns their job well and then is laid off . A new person is hired to learn everything all over again leading to never having a mature product. There was no reason for a lay off if your just going to bring a beginner back in. Makes no sense. Notorious for lay offs. Call back the folks laid off? They knew the job the best!
