Great location. Nice office staff. Nice view of the water. Pay and benefits are good.

I've never seen such poor management (IT Dept) and poor communication. Lack of clear direction, no planning. The IT dept. is a total mess. To many meetings that seem to have no value. I can see why they can't keep good people.
