Takes time to see a real increase in salary. Other companies pay much more starting salary. Bonus is really good. Restricted stock grants are great.
Kontras
Too many projects using the same resources. They work you non stop with little appreciation. They roll out technologies they don’t fully understand and punish employees for misuse. HR is incompetent and out of touch with employees and will get rid of you for minor technicalities. They hang on to employees who consistently underperform.
