CMC Electronics designs and produces leading technology electronics products for the aviation and global positioning markets. As a Technician my day-to-day responsibilities will include: I performing required electrical repairs, settings and/or alignments using precision measuring equipment; I provide support in existing problem solving process such as: Non-Conformance Report (NCR),Engineering Change Order (ECO),Continuous Improvement Process, Auto-Quality, Failure Investigation System and corrective actions; I Suggest , assist in and implements methods and procedures in order to facilitate and improve work quality; Debugs assemblies and sub-assemblies; I Perform paperwork associated with his/her duties (technical data, reports, supporting documents, etc.);Also used tools like - soldering Iron ,tweezers, screwdrivers , wire cutters , wire stripers ,trimming ,crimpers and connectors contacts soldering , for power supply testing - DMM , power generator and oscilloscope . Epoxy glue, RTV and X-Acto knife . J-STD 001 certified 2021- 2023 .
