1. Terrible management. 2. They layoff employees without any warning and actively discourage discussion regarding that (seen multiple now) ( just look at Median tenure on Linkedin) 3. No connect between different teams - even though there are less than 50 employee overall, inter-team communication is horrible, leading to confusion.
