Lots of OT, Paid Lunches, Easy job as a dock worker. Good safety program ran by Rick Accardo. Good week long orientation.
Kontras
HR is terrible, Upper Mgmt knows nothing of what's really going on. Supervisors have no power. Ridiculous quotas for pickers. Almost impossible to get hired on after 90 days. Even for "direct hire" workers.
