This is a company the has no respect for the people that build their business. I was in sales. They pushed me to get all my contacts in their system, and initiate contacts with them asap. Event though I felt we should take some time with some of the contacts, they insisted on moving immediately. During the process I realized they were making promises to my contacts they could not keep. When I questioned these practices, I was suddenly not a team player and was out of the inner circle. They created many bogus performance issues against me. They expected me to leave. When I resisted, they created a cash-flow problem and reorganized me out of a job. I have subsequently discovered there's a number of previous CID employees that have suffered similar fates. This was one of my worst employment experiences. Taking that job was my worst career decision.
