Literally awful. They will fire or lay you off with no warning, and do it to everyone unless you know the CEO personally. The CEO brags about AI taking people's job. Unclear guidelines and no communication, and then you will get yelled at for not knowing what is going on. No bonus unless you know the CEO. One time, the CEO cussed me out in a meeting with 10 other people because I did what she told me to, and then decided she did not like it.
They do not even provide good services for the clients.
