work/life balance is good, as is understanding work is not everyones whole life. non-leadership were mostly cool people.
Kontras
some leaders were really good, but many were bad at communication, inexperienced in marketing and/or did not understand the work and it showed in process, particularly cross-department. also struggled to get promoted due to the process and communication issues.
