I've been with CHEP for almost four years and have thoroughly enjoyed my journey. I can work with teams on a global level and collaborate on exciting and challenging projects. My manager is incredibly supportive of my ideas and helps navigate the challenges I run across.

The procurement team is a headache. Getting a vendor onboarded is a very lengthy process, and when you are working in a fast-paced environment, we don't have the time to deal with the lengthy processes they put in place.

Good office location, nothing else that I can think of.

US Office: Favoritism, an unethical leadership culture within the Spanish leadership team, violations of the code of conduct by leaders themselves, and a lack of soft skills in leadership. Actions are being driven by personal preferences and grudges held by Spanish leaders rather than professionalism and fairness. HR department is just a joke.
