Lack of trust in employees. They operate with an assumption that when employees do home-office, they basically do not work. When the government allowed companies to call their employees to work, they didn't wait for another day. Employees were asked to move from a 100% home-office setting to 1 home-office per week setting. That too is given as a big favour to the employees. Decisions are taken and then informed to the employees rather than including them in the decision.
