As for your comment about lower salaries - CHA regularly conducts targeted compensation surveys and data collection to ensure we are offering all our employees competitive compensation packages.       CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.
