Good people to work with who are pushed too hard to provide high margins. Glam word 'Transformation' program is nothing but downsizing.

Employees are frequently asked to "donate" time for group meetings, CEO updates, safety drills, and general non-project, overhead activities. Company should be paying employees for these. Project meetings are held over lunch hours to avoid labor charges. Cheaper to provide pizza than pay labor.
