CH2M Hill Experience - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei CH2M: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The office politics were unbearable and it seem to go high up the ranks. It got a lot worse with the recession. People were doing anything imaginable to undermine each other. Almost everyone (about 90 percent) gets an performing review aka average, leaving very little on ways to improve. Anyone who has been there for a while will say it is not the same company it was a few years ago. I doubt it will ever be rated as one of the best companies to work for again.
