Due to the small size of the company you have the opportunity to work directly with the entire team and generally input is considered from all team members.

The main location of CGI is in Westboro so for those living in Boston this can be a bit of a commute. Growth within the company can be stagnant as there is a tendency to pigeonhole employees into specific projects and clients. Lots of great ideas circulating for company growth but very slow to act on those which can get frustrating if you are looking for change to happen faster.
