      Thank you for your positive review. We do have a DEI committee and have possibly done things that haven't been communicated. I would like to point out that CFS leadership is 41% diverse and 80% are women. With that said, I welcome you to reach out to me to discuss.

      Pros

      Very friendly staff, they really help you find great positions that they believe you will be successful in. The staff seems to care about their clients when trying to place you at a company.

      Overall there’s nothing to complain about.. but if I had to say something it would be.. maybe they should give you a bonus if you sign on to a job.. idk I think if u do a great job at a company you should get more than a pizza party at the new company.
