Kelly spends a crazy amount of time getting to know the client and all her candidates. She doesn't just "plug" a person into a job; she matches the skills, work-styles, and personalities. I have been expertly matched to two long-term assignments that were a perfect match of her client's needs and my skills. I can honestly say that those two assignments have been the BEST work experiences in my career; the second assignment turned into a permanent placement with a fabulous company. Win, win, win!
