Pros
Unlike most staffing firms, I have learned a ton of real desk-level skills from competent management. They have learned the tricks of the trade because they have actually run a desk and were successful. The split desk model run here works. The offices are nice and the team is full of top performers. Overall - very satisfied with the team and position at CFS.
Kontras
The compensation package is nowhere near as strong compared to other agencies, but tenure here is fantastic, the split desk model is more stable, and there are opportunities for advancement.
